| Match Demos
It is mandatory for all players competing in CoD4 leagues to make a demo of each match. In the event that a dispute should arise, or the ladder administrator or league official should require them. The demo must be retained for a period of 7 days after the match. Failure to record a demo can result in a default win to the opposition.
To record a match demo take the following steps:
To begin demo drop your console and type in /record nameofdemo. Where nameofdemo could be anything you wish.
To end demo drop your console and type in /stoprecord.
Recorded demos are stored in "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - \main\mods\PAM4 There are some simpl programs available to playback your demos: e.g. www.codleague.com/inde...opic&t=779 |

| you dont use fraps...or anything...the game records a specific file...where it is only viewable under COD4, or a COD4 video viewer. I wont change your frame rate and if it does it will be minium. when you do a /record in the console part of the game it tell COD4 to record what you do. Kinda like a replay on a racing game or flight sim. I figure a 400-500k amount of space is a decent video for the need arise for a dispute. 400 to 500k isnt alot of space...maybe as big as a word document. I have tested this and it works well and fine, dont use a 3rd party recorder, there is one in the game, hence the /record. | |

| LOL type: ~ to bring up the game console, then type: /record and about 400-500k (the amount of space for the demo) type: /stoprecord Step 1: type ~ and then type /record the red circle should work look like this Step 2: Once the number in the red circle reaches 400 to 500k go to step 3 Step 3: type ~ then type /stoprecord just like Number 1 circle when Number 2 circle reaches about 400 to 500k this has been a guide brought to you by:Indian Tech Support CenterHeidelberg, Germany | |

| the whole match needs to be recorded fellas and the file needs to be kept for 7 days, burn it onto a dvd etc. There is a 3rd party player too - ill get the link that allows you to look around in 3rd person forward/pause but no rewind. | |
